Come play with Adam North from Hopkins River Beef and his cow, as he teaches you how to butcher while thinking sustainability. It’s not always about prime cuts.

Butchery Masterclass held in conjunction with Matt Kennedy from Little Hunter, will teach you a thing or 2 about the preparation and cooking.

Monies made will go to the CFA that helped saved Hopkins River from fire and floods.
