Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Sean and Davina and the team from Pickled Pig for a visit to Hopkins River Beef.
Sean Taylor (ex Donovans Restaurant, Melbourne) is the chef and owner of Pickled Pig, described as modern Australian and Spanish cuisine, located in Warrnambool. This restaurant prides itself on using fresh and local produce; in addition the menu is altered to suit the season.
It was fantastic to have a group of people so interested in fresh and local produce.
